Here at Coach Your Goal we take your privacy very seriously and will only use your personal data to allow us to fulfil our contractual obligations to you.
What information do we collect about you?
Each time you visit our Website, two general levels of data about your visit can be retained. The first level comprises statistical and other analytical information collected on an aggregate and non- individual specific basis of all browsers who visit the site. The second is information which is personal or particular to a specific visitor who knowingly chooses to provide that data.
Through this Website you may have an opportunity to send us data, such as through the “Get in touch with us” section or any other area where you may provide Name, e-mails, etc. By choosing to participate in these, you will be providing us with some level of personal data relating to you.

When you avail of our services, we collect only the data required from you to be able to fulfil our contractual obligations with you.
Where we are providing services that require the use of behaviour assessment products, we collect only the data required to fulfil the contractual obligations to conduct the assessment and we only share this data with the external data processors for this purpose only.
You may have opted in for us to be able to correspond with you regarding our activities including events and competitions by way of post, telephone, email and SMS. We don’t share your data with external marketing companies who would contact you this way. If you have consented to this correspondence, you can opt out at any time

We want to make sure that your personal data is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or erase data that you think is inaccurate.

The data protection declaration of the Coach Your Goal is based on the terms used by the European legislator for the adoption of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our data protection declaration should be legible and understandable. To ensure this, we would like to explain the terminology used.
In this data protection declaration, we use, inter alia, the following terms:

Recipient is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or another body, to which the personal data are disclosed, whether a third party or not. However, public authorities which may receive personal data in the framework of a particular inquiry in accordance with Union or Member State law shall not be regarded as recipients; the processing of those data by those public authorities shall be in compliance with the applicable data protection rules according to the purposes of the processing.
Third party is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or body other than the data subject, controller, processor and persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor is authorised to process personal data.
Consent of the data subject is any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.
