Initially we engaged Padraig to provide our staff with training and on Excel/Word and provide practical tips on how use it to benefit their day-to-day work. The quality of Padraig’s training and expertise was such that we decided to implement some new and more automated processes (using excel) across the company. In conjunction with staff, Padraig designed and implemented the new process with real value-added systems. Padraig is professional, diligent and processes an excellent business knowledge base to help you solve your problems.
Padraig has worked us to establish how best we organise ourselves to be more effective as a management team. Through his expert use of assessment, his coaching and knowledge of large organisations, we have gained clarity on the strengths we have and share with each other, along with how we can collectively overcome our shortcomings. I attended a one-day training delivery workshop delivered by Professional Coach & Mentor Padraig O’Connor from Coach Your Goal. The workshop was delivered in collaboration with his colleague Joe Barrett.
I took so much away from the day and learned new skills on how to focus my energy and time into identifying one key thing that I needed to focus on this year. Padraig was so generous with his time and advice. The workshop was also delivered in a really nice informal yet professional setting which really had a positive impact on the running of the day. Looking forward to future training sessions like this.
I reached out to Padraig to get some advice and guidance in relation to my career and to help me establish what my next steps should be. I found his coaching techniques very helpful, we started with the Harrison career assessment, this showed me what my strengths are, some I was surprised about. This in turn helped to identify the jobs that would be both suitable and enjoyable for me. Following on from this we had a meeting to brainstorm jobs that I may like best and Padraig provided guidance on how I could further research those jobs and the work involved to see if they were a good fit for me. Once I had picked a career which I felt suited me best, Padraig help me to get on the right path to reach my goal. I am currently in the middle of a new course, making the first moves to my new career. I would highly recommend Padraig’s services to anyone who wants more from their career but isn’t quite sure about how to approach it.
